2417
2417 is a 2006 Ford / AEV Ambulance. This ambulance runs as an advance life support unit. 2417 runs more calls each year than any other unit in the district. 2417 covers about half of the highways in our district, our largest nursing home, and a large boy scout reservation. It carries a full complement of airway control, cardiac monitoring, and trauma equipment.

2427 is a 2002 Ford / Wheeled Coach Ambulance. This ambulance runs as an advance life support unit. Since this ambulance is based so close to Six Flags, a majority of its summertime runs are to transport patients from the park. In the winter, this unit responds numerous times to Hidden Valley Ski Resort, a unique Midwestern ski area. The new paint scheme was chosen to match all of our front line fire apparatus.

2497 is a 1999 Ford / Wheeled Coach ALS Ambulance. We utilize this ambulance when we need to remove one of the front line ambulances for maintenance. This also serves as a third ambulance that can be utilized in times of heavy call volume.
