Permit Application

Commercial Permit Applications can be printed here for submission by mail or fax.

Two (2) sets of plans must be submitted with the application, one paper copy and one digital copy.

For applications to be fully processed, payment must be received.

 

Please mail payments to P.O. Box 97, Eureka, MO 63025, ATTN: Commercial Permit Applications, or Call Us at 636-938-5505 to process your payment over the phone with a credit card. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to your total.
