Thank you for your interest in joining the Search and Rescue Team with the Eureka Fire Protection District. Search and Rescue Team Applications can be completed below for online submission.

For an application to be fully processed, a Criminal Background Records Check and Drivers License Check will be run on you at your expense from Goodhire. The cost for these checks is $50.00 payable at the time of your interview.
