Use Permit Application

Use Permit Applications can be printed here for submission by email, mail, or fax.

For applications to be fully processed, a payment of $50/$100 must be received. Anything under 1000 square feet is $50, and anything 1000 square feet and over is $100.

Box 97, Eureka, MO 63025, Attention: Use Permit Applications, or call us at 636-938-5505 to process your payment over the phone with a credit card. A 3.5% + $0.15 credit card processing fee will be added to your total.
